I can't figure out why I keep getting the error message. I applied WD-40 on a cloth & wiped down the entire metal rod. Just like when a car breaks down is it always a guarentee a car can be fixed ? ..And the reason probably why HP wont take it back and offering you First Time Here?

Also Lubricate the rod that the scanner head runs on. Printers were originally used for interfacing with the operator, not necessarily for printing copy or pictures. It looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. If it immediately comes back, then you may very well have a failed printer.

I couldn't believe how much black came off of it and my printer stopped making the grinding noise!!! I have all 3 damaged cartridges with me.
