Eventhough i have setup Letter size paper in the Tray 2 via printer driver. If so the issue is the laser/scanner motor and about the only way to solve is to replace the laser scanner. Pressing both buttons makes no difference, 3 lights stay on. Formatter boards are easy to replace and I have some in stock. I figured a gear was off track or something. Next time I will search the forum more thoroughly, regret I am new to this.
