Forced cartridges out of corner but now won't print. This is blatant misrepresentation and is cause for an action. Would you do it for $12? Fortunately HP offers spare parts for the 2210 but not the fancy kludge that connects the belt. I took two into our shop as scrap to satisfy my curiosity as to why the carriages were hanging up. after MONTHS of getting no where with HP - NOTE TO ANYONE WITH A MAC - HP KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MACS AND ARE NO HELP!   1. The black arrow on the top of the carriage points to one of five cartridge status icons.
  2. on top of that i'm unemployed and can't afford a new printer!
  3. have not dropped this one on the floor or out of any windows nor have I taking anything apart...

Luckily, fixing it is easy. They're not even worth giving repair advice on because there are no parts available. I'm going to agree with Jon and Bert. Yes HP made a mistake in the very price competitive market.
