Fortunately HP offers spare parts for the 2210 but not the fancy kludge that connects the belt. I took two into our shop as scrap to satisfy my curiosity as to why the carriages were hanging up. after MONTHS of getting no where with HP - NOTE TO ANYONE WITH A MAC - HP KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MACS AND ARE NO HELP! Follow these steps to check the cartridge status: Open the cartridge door. http://resetprinters.com/how-to-reset-the-hp-deskjet-3820-printer/ There models in the 700, 800, and 900 series, all out of production, that also use it. Depending on your computer windows system, the above steps may be slightly different, but the basic process is mostly the same. I just had the craddle return crap out on me, attempted to recalibrate but its not working just excepting that I need another disposeable printer....

I have tried all three suggested on the hp website and the printer does not print. they told me to replace it again, SORRY, not at $30 a pop! weblink I ve returned the cartridge to the store in case it was defective, but it is still exhibiting the same problem.

Luckily, fixing it is easy. They're not even worth giving repair advice on because there are no parts available. I'm going to agree with Jon and Bert. Yes HP made a mistake in the very price competitive market.
