Hp Advisor Error Has Occurred

I am using Microsoft Vista. I've tried cleaning out my cache and cookies, scanning for viruses and malware, and even using CHKDSK to no avail. It is suggested that the individual takes their own risk in trying to overcome errors from not having the software registry files for HP Advisor.exe.
